Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, maintaining accurate charting and collaborating respectfully with families and healthcare providers. Deliver compassionate presence to support patients in living with their families instead of in facilities. Work flexible part-time or full-time shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours with a 1:1 care ratio. Current Washington State RN or LPN licensure and CPR certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
