Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-Nine Mile Falls

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, maintaining accurate charting and collaborating respectfully with families and healthcare providers. Deliver compassionate presence to support patients in staying with their families while managing 8- or 12-hour shifts as a part-time or full-time role. Complete patient-specific orientation with an experienced nurse and utilize flexible scheduling options. This role supports Avail Home Health's mission of bringing ventilator-dependent and medically fragile patients home, offering 1:1 care ratios and referral bonuses.
