Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, maintaining accurate charting and collaborating respectfully with families and healthcare providers. Deliver compassionate presence to support patients in living with their families instead of in hospitals. Maintain current Washington State licensure as an RN or LPN and hold valid CPR certification. Work flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts in part-time or full-time capacity. Join a team pioneering home care for ventilator-dependent and medically fragile patients across Washington State.
Required Qualifications
