Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can remain with their families. Maintain accurate, up-to-date charting and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Collaborate on care plans while offering compassionate presence to support the whole household. Complete paid patient-specific orientation with an experienced nurse before independent work begins. Work flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts as a part-time or full-time Private Duty RN or LPN in Washington State.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
