Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can remain with their families instead of in a facility. Maintain accurate, up-to-date charting and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Collaborate effectively on care plans while offering compassionate presence to positively impact the whole household. Flexible scheduling includes 8- to 12-hour shifts for part-time or full-time roles. New graduates are welcome with paid patient-specific orientation.
