Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, managing charting and collaborating with families and healthcare providers. Maintain compassionate presence to support patients in living with their families rather than in facilities. Work flexible part-time or full-time shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours. Current Washington State RN or LPN licensure and CPR certification required.
