Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, maintaining accurate charting and collaborating respectfully with families and healthcare providers. Manage 8- to 12-hour shifts in part-time or full-time roles with flexible scheduling across Washington State. This position supports ventilator-dependent and other medically fragile patients, allowing them to live with their families rather than in facilities. New graduates are welcome to join the team with paid patient-specific orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
