Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, maintaining accurate charting and collaborating respectfully with families and healthcare providers. Deliver compassionate presence to support patients and families while managing 8- or 12-hour shifts as a part-time or full-time Private Duty RN or LPN. Complete patient-specific orientation and maintain current Washington State licensure and CPR certification.
