Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, maintaining accurate charting and collaborating respectfully with families and healthcare providers. Deliver compassionate presence to support patients in living with their families instead of in hospitals, while managing 8- or 12-hour shifts as a part-time or full-time Private Duty RN or LPN. Complete paid patient-specific orientation and adhere to 1:1 care ratios throughout Washington State.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
