Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can live with their families instead of in a hospital. Maintain accurate charting and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare providers while upholding patient privacy. Collaborate effectively with the care team to deliver compassionate, personalized support. Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours, available as part-time or full-time. New graduates are welcome with paid patient-specific orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
