Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, maintaining accurate charting and collaborating respectfully with families and healthcare providers. Deliver compassionate presence to support patients in living with their families rather than in facilities, while managing 8- to 12-hour shifts as part of a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. This role includes paid patient-specific orientation and referral bonuses for Avail Home Health, a pioneer in home care since 1981.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
