Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-Bothell

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can live with their families instead of in facilities. Maintain accurate, up-to-date charting and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Collaborate effectively on care plans while adhering to 1:1 care ratios. Work flexible part-time or full-time shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
