Private Duty Registered Nurse (PRN) / Private Duty Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Pediatric Home Health

Provide skilled 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults by performing patient assessments, administering medications and therapies, and responding to changes in condition. Follow physician orders and plans of care while educating families and caregivers. Maintain ongoing monitoring of patient status to ensure quality care. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling with no minimum shift requirements, allowing clinicians to pick up same-day shifts in days, nights, evenings, or weekends. Shifts range from 8 to 16 hours. Weekly pay applies to all shifts.
