Private Duty Registered Nurse (PRN) / Private Duty Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Pediatric Home Health

Provide skilled 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults by performing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and responding to changes in condition. Follow physician orders and plans of care while educating families and caregivers. Maintain continuous monitoring of patient status to ensure safety and quality outcomes. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling with no minimum shift requirements, allowing clinicians to pick up same-day shifts as needed. Weekly pay and paid training are included.
