Provide skilled 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults by performing patient assessments, administering medications and therapies, and responding to changes in condition. Follow physician orders and educate families while maintaining continuous monitoring. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling with no minimum shift requirements, allowing you to pick up same-day shifts in days, nights, evenings, or weekends. Weekly pay is provided for all shifts.
