Private Duty Registered Nurse (PRN) / Private Duty Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Pediatric Home Health

Provide skilled 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults by performing patient assessments, administering medications, and following physician orders. Educate families, respond to changes in patient condition, and ensure continuous monitoring of care plans. This role offers true PRN flexibility with no minimum shift requirements, allowing clinicians to pick up same-day shifts in days, nights, evenings, or weekends. Available shifts range from 8 to 16 hours, with weekly pay and 24/7 clinical support.
