Job Summary
Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to a 15-year-old male patient with trach, vent, and G-tube needs in the Wheaton area. Manage clinical documentation and supply management while ensuring accurate and timely care delivery. Candidates must possess current Illinois RN or LPN licensure, at least one year of nursing experience, and specific G-tube and trach experience. Flexible scheduling options include day and night shifts with 24/7 staffing support.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
- Gtube experience required
- trach experience required
- Current CPR certification
- Recent TB test (within last year)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required
- Skillful, accurate and timely clinical documentation and supply management
- Physically able to perform the job duties required for this position
Desired Qualifications
- Private Duty experience preferred, but not required
