Private Duty Nursing LPN / RN

Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, report changes, and administer medications, insulin, and IV fluids with thorough documentation. Inspect wounds, change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and treat injuries or infections. Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role offers flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling with daily pay options and no overtime required. Candidates must hold an accredited nursing degree, current unrestricted RN or LPN license, and valid CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
