Job Summary
Assess patients, administer medications, perform feedings, suction, monitor vitals, chart, and manage trach and vent care for individual patients. Provide complete nursing care for single patients throughout 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, catering to both pediatric and adult needs day and night. Training is provided for charting, trach, and vent care. New graduate RNs are accepted; LPNs require at least one year of direct patient care experience. Active Arkansas RN or LPN license is required. Flexible scheduling allows varying numbers of shifts per week with low-stress work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Active and in good standing RN or LPN license with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Registered Nurses: No experience required - Accept applications from new grad RNs
- LPNs: Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred, but not necessarily required
