Job Summary
Provide complete nursing care for a single patient throughout a shift, including assessments, administering medications, feedings, suctioning, and monitoring vitals. Manage trach and vent care duties with provided training, while charting and performing other total nursing care as assigned. Schedule includes Saturday and Sunday adult shifts from 7a-7p, with all shifts available for pediatric patients. New graduate RNs are eligible for this role, though LPNs require at least one year of direct patient care experience. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a company-sponsored retirement plan, are available for nurses working 30 hours per week or more.
Required Qualifications
- Active and in good standing RN or LPN license with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Registered Nurses: No experience required - Accept applications from new grad RNs
- LPNs: Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred, but not necessarily required
