Private Duty Nurse RN/LPN Overnight Shifts

Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with medical practitioner orders and the client's care plan. Maintain client orders and document all changes in the medical record following Agency procedures. Deliver specialized pediatric services including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings. Perform medication administration, emergency intervention, and client teaching while promoting a safe environment for clients and coworkers. Collaborate with the client's care team and participate in coordination of care and Agency meetings as requested. Work weekday overnight shifts with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.
