Job Summary
Perform physical assessments, develop client care plans, and supervise LPNs/LVNs and Home Health Aides in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act. Report changes in client condition promptly to the medical practitioner and care team while consistently demonstrating competency with technical nursing skills. Initiate actions to improve quality of care, promote safety and infection prevention, and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Available for every other weekend day or night shifts. Requires current RN or LPN license, BSN preferred, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of operation
- Current CPR certification
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
