Job Summary
Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies in the patient's home. Complete compliant documentation in the system of record, perform various activities associated with daily living, and monitor for changes in the patient's condition. Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the patient's health. Collaborate with and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Attendants, performing other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs. This 1099 contract role offers 8 hours/month with a flexible schedule for a competitive rate of $38-40/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse
- 1+ years of experience as an RN in a clinical or home health setting
- Current CPR certification
- Willing to get TB tested
- Maintain required insurance
- Dependable transportation
- Willing to commute to the patient's home
