Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings across Alice, TX, and surrounding areas. Deliver clinical support for patients in their homes while utilizing electronic documentation via company-provided tablets. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Perform duties on day, night, and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, or PRN availability. Ensure reliable transportation for all patient visits.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
