Job Summary
Private duty RN/LPN providing in-home care for children and adults. Works collaboratively with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes, delivering homecare with a tablet-based electronic documentation workflow, and offering flexible scheduling across days, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities include maintaining licensure, complying with health-related requirements for Medicare/Medicaid, and supporting patients in the home with compassionate, person-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
