Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care to patients in school and home settings, requiring an active LPN/LVN license and CPR certification; perform hands-on nursing tasks, manage patient needs, and document care via electronic systems; flexible scheduling with day and night shifts, including weekends, and opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN hours; work with Medicare/Medicaid-funded care and comply with relevant vaccination/testing requirements; travel to patient homes or school sites as needed; maintain accountable, compassionate patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
