Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through electronic documentation on patient tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and provide current CPR certification with hands-on training. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for patient visits. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
