Job Summary
Private Duty Nurse - provide home and school-based nursing care in East Stroudsburg, PA and surrounding areas for children and adults. Responsibilities include delivering patient care as an RN/LPN/LVN in clients' homes, documenting care via electronic systems, coordinating with the healthcare team, and supporting flexible scheduling that includes day, night, and weekend shifts. Requires active state license, CPR certification, TB test, and reliable transportation; offers opportunities for skill advancement and competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
