Job Summary

Complete electronic documentation via tablet devices while adhering to all health-related requirements and vaccination protocols. Reliable transportation is required for daily patient visits. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
