Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient support. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Utilize the provided tablet for electronic documentation while adhering to all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing where applicable. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred, though not required. Reliable transportation is necessary for daily travel. Flexible scheduling options are available for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles, including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
