Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act guidelines and medical practitioner orders. Administer medications, perform specialized pediatric services including tracheostomy care and tube feedings, and monitor client findings while documenting all changes in medical records. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate services and attend agency meetings as requested, ensuring a safe environment for clients and coworkers. Maintain compliance with Agency policies, payor standards, and accreditation requirements while promoting personal safety.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license to practice as an LPN in the state of operation
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
- Infant aged child in Laingsburg in need of day shift on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Infant aged child in Potterville in need of a full time day nurse
