Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in home environments within Brentwood and Jefferson Hills, including school accompaniment duties. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults while utilizing electronic documentation via provided tablets. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification, with hands-on experience preferred. Requires reliable transportation and compliance with all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid patients. Flexible scheduling available for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
