Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient support. Deliver services utilizing electronic documentation via tablets provided at each patient's residence. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for daily visits. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local support available.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
