Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient support. Deliver care in patients' homes using electronic documentation tools, while maintaining an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification. Adhere to all health-related requirements including vaccinations and TB testing, and possess reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
