Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in private homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults with heartfelt compassion. Deliver services while utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets and maintaining compliance with all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Reliable transportation is required.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
