Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through collaborative team efforts. Provide direct patient care while utilizing electronic documentation tools available at each home. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
