Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care in home environments within Ligonier and surrounding areas, delivering compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Perform electronic documentation via tablet devices provided at each patient's home while ensuring reliable transportation is available for all shifts. Work flexible overnight, day, weekend, or PRN schedules with full-time, part-time, or PRN options. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
