Job Summary
Provide direct clinical care to patients in their homes, ensuring outstanding outcomes through compassionate homecare delivery. Maintain accurate electronic documentation via tablets and adhere to all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing. Manage patient needs while utilizing flexible scheduling options for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. This role supports Aveanna's mission as a national leader in private duty nursing, fostering a culture of connection and diversity for our team members.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
