Private Duty Nurse (LPN)

Provide licensed practical nursing care in private homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults with heartfelt compassion. Utilize the tablet in each patient's home for electronic documentation while maintaining reliable transportation for all visits. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. A recent TB skin test is required, and six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends to support Aveanna's national homecare mission.
