Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in home environments within Brentwood and Jefferson Hills. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults while maintaining electronic documentation via tablet. Ensure patient safety and compliance with all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts from 7:30a-4pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
