Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for patients in their own homes. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and complete current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Perform electronic documentation via tablet devices provided at each patient location while adhering to all health-related requirements and vaccination protocols. Reliable transportation is required for daily patient visits. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
