Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for every patient. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification with hands-on component, and a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Complete electronic documentation via tablet in each patient's home while working flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Reliable transportation is required. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
