Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults across the nation, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for every patient. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and provide daily patient support while utilizing electronic documentation via provided tablets. Complete required TB skin tests and maintain current CPR certification with hands-on components. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Reliable transportation is required.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
