Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their homes as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Deliver clinical services using electronic documentation via patient tablets and maintain active, unencumbered state licensure. Ensure patient safety through current CPR certification and TB testing, while meeting vaccination and testing requirements for Medicare and Medicaid compliance. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
