Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to children and adults in their homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate delivery. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Complete electronic documentation using the tablet provided in each patient's home while adhering to all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid compliance. Reliable transportation is required. Flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules including days, nights, and weekends are available.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
