Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care in a home environment in Ligonier, performing clinical tasks for children and adults. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet devices and ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate homecare delivery. Hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and maintain current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation. Work all overnight shifts, with flexibility to select specific nights, and adhere to health-related requirements including vaccinations and testing as an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
