Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their homes as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Perform clinical duties using electronic documentation via tablets provided at each patient location. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
