Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient support. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification while utilizing a tablet for electronic documentation in each patient's home. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
