Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care in home environments within Brentwood and Jefferson Hills, including school accompaniment duties. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults using electronic documentation via provided tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts from 7:30a-4pm Mon-Fri with 24/7 local support available.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
