Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient interaction. Provide licensed practical nursing services while utilizing company-provided tablets for electronic documentation. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and complete current CPR certification with hands-on training. Adhere to all health-related requirements, including TB skin testing and required vaccinations, while complying with Medicare and Medicaid standards. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local support available.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
